This cream has 1% retinol, its microencapsulated, and slow released into your skin, you can use it every night to do the phase-in system. The cream has Zinc Oxide in it, which is physical sun protection.

Skin Tip: This is great for nighttime only because your skin is most active at night time.

Precaution: Retinol is not safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Our retinol slowly penetrates only after 6 hours, thus if you do not have a day cream, you can use this in the morning. However, Retinol is always best used at night and you can use the Co 2 Lipid Plus during the morning , and must wear a SPF.

  • Including P.O. Boxes. 
  • All US Military bases, APO/FPO
  • Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands.

We do not ship to customers outside the United States at this time.

Shipping speed is one of our top priorities and therefore, we will only officially expand shipping to other regions besides the United States when we can guarantee the shipping time. 

*Some US products may have a 4-7 business day shipping time. If you have other US products with 2-5 business days shipping time in the same order, it will adhere to the 4-7 business days, even with expedited or overnight shipping. We suggest placing separate orders if you need the 2-5 business days products expedited or overnighted.

Starting at $19 per wholesale order, shipping costs will be based on order size and weight. As your order volume increases, the cost per unit shipping will be cheaper.

Shipping Times

We are a cross-border company with warehouses in both the U.S. and overseas.

On the individual product detail page, you will see the estimated shipping time and origin for each product.

You can also use the "Ships From" filter in each product category page to select specific warehouses.

Standard dropshipping times:

US products: 2 - 5 business days*
Overseas products: 5 -10 business days* 

Openpack wholesale shipping times:

5 -10 business days*

Wholesale preorder shipping times:

5 -10 business days*

Orders that contain 15 or more overseas products (all have to be the same shipping timeframe) will be shipped directly to you or your customer, which can cut down shipping time by 2 - 3 business days. 

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy for most items. Return requests must be initiated within 5 days of receiving your order. Please note that we do not accept returns of bodysuits and intimates.

To initiate a return, please fill out the return form here. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

I love this product so much! I bought it after a facial, and noticed an immediate improvement in the feel and tone of my skin.
